4,300 SF remodel of an existing 16,000 SF ISO 8 cleanroom and 600 SF entry and ante room. Included demo of flooring and ceiling with new, raised flooring, HVAC, electrical, process piping, sewer and industrial waste pump system consisting of a sump basin and pneumatic N+1 pumping system. Work was completed while the balance of the cleanroom remained fully operational.
